We're Adel & Libby and we started adbra after facing our own mental health challenges. We've researched and designed easy to use tools to make looking after your well-being simple and actionable, in a way that suits you.

Each tool is designed to develop daily habits that help build mental resilience and improve your happiness as you experience the ups and downs life brings.

Each of our products are based around 12 growth areas that support better well-being. We've created a resource page with recommendations for each topic, from meditation and mindfulness, self-kindness to helping others.
