Making your own Happiness Habits jar?

Our jar kits are designed so that you can create your own version of what happiness means to you. You can write down positive affirmations, things you're grateful for, or even some self-kindness mini-challenges you'd like to try.

We have listed some examples of what content you can use, feel free to make the jar your own creation - use as little or as much as you like.

Enjoy!

Mindfulness mini-challenges

Step outside first thing in the morning, pause for 2 minutes and focus on feeling the crisp air as you breathe through your nostrils. - Practice a breathing exercise today. Breathe deep into your belly through your nose and out through your mouth for 3 minutes. - Collect something from nature today and imagine how it came to be. Use it to remind you of the outside for the rest of the week. - Do something for a stranger today. Help, thank or compliment them and don’t look for anything in return. - Give something away today that you’ve not been using to anyone you want. - Take your lunch or dinner in an unusual place, observe the people and place in detail. - If you get frustrated today, try to pause and count to ten. Breathe and let yourself settle before considering your next step. - Offer your help to someone who’s been difficult with you. There might be something on their mind.
